Tasktistics

Local-first time tracking that makes work visible.

Tasktistics is a personal time tracker for people who want a calm, focused view of what they are doing and where their time goes. Organize parent tasks and next-step subtasks, run one timer at a time, and keep context close without turning work into a complicated project-management system.

Focused task tracking and useful reports

Parent tasks and subtasks

Break work into a clear parent task and inline next steps. Mark completed work compactly while keeping active work easy to scan.

One timer, honest totals

Track one task at a time, pause when work stops, and correct a total when a start or stop was missed without rewriting session history.

Tags, trends, and export

Use reusable tags to filter work, review time by tag and day, week, or month, then export a CSV report for further analysis.

Keep the workspace local, add Google Sheets when reporting needs grow

The core Tasktistics workspace works locally. Optional Google Sheets sync creates a private, app-managed workbook in your Google Drive with searchable task, tag, relationship, and time-entry rows for filtering, formulas, pivots, and external reporting. The quarterly sync add-on is $6 every three months; yearly sync is $18 per year.

Tasktistics FAQ

Who is Tasktistics for?

It is for independent professionals, makers, students, and anyone who wants a straightforward personal task timer and time report without a heavy team workflow.

Can I use Tasktistics without connecting Google?

Yes. Google Sheets is optional. Local task tracking, timers, tags, analysis, and CSV export remain available without it.

What is synced to Google Sheets?

When enabled, Tasktistics writes its reportable task, tag, task-tag, and time-entry records to a private workbook it manages in your Google Drive.
